Upon arrival, the first room we were given had a strong moldy smell. After requesting a room change, the next room smelled like old trash bins, which was completely unacceptable. the pool area felt overcrowded, lacking sufficient space for such a large number of guests, making it less enjoyable.

The suite was super spacious and cozy, way more than what the pictures show! The bed was comfy, and I liked how the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. Can’t forget to mention the amazing views from the room—seriously stunning! Plus, the soundproofing was on point. I actually slept really well. No annoying noises to wake me up. Loved it!

We just loved the amazing staff, they were super welcoming and made our stay extra special! Breakfast was really good with options for everyone. Plus, the view from the rooftop bar? Wow! Just a heads up though, the noise from outside can be a bit much sometimes.

The staff was exceptionally kind,, they even helped us learn some local Balinese phrases while we waited for our bike rental! Plus, the complimentary morning yoga lesson was a wonderful surprise, stretching away all the stress from our travels.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive,, but it was still worth it for our family experience.
